Booking & Cancellation Policy Where beauty meets royalty. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest, every time. Please review our booking policy to ensure smooth service and mutual respect. ⸻ 💳 Deposits • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book all services, including lash extensions, waxing, facials, and body treatments. • Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost. • Missed or canceled appointments (per policy below) result in a forfeited deposit. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. • Late cancellations will incur a 35% cancellation fee based on the full service total. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and may result in limited future booking access. ⸻ 🕐 Late Arrival Policy • A 10-minute grace period is offered. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on availability. • You have 24 hours to reschedule with your deposit if notice is given. ⸻ 👁️ Lash Policy – Retention & Pre-Care • Arrive with clean lashes and no makeup or mascara. • Remove contact lenses before lash services. • No caffeine prior to lash or facial appointments (can cause eye flutter or skin sensitivity). • If you experience more than 20% lash fallout within 3 days of your full set or fill, contact us within 72 hours to be serviced at no additional cost (valid once per appointment). ⸻ ✨ Waxing & Skincare Clients • Please shower or cleanse the skin before your waxing service. • Exfoliate gently 24 hours before body waxing unless otherwise advised. • No tanning, peels, or retinoids 48 hours before waxing and facial services. • Avoid caffeine before facials for maximum relaxation and reduced skin sensitivity. ⸻ 🤍 Environment Policy • Please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment. • We aim to create a peaceful and private environment where every guest feels like royalty. ⸻ 🔁 Refund Policy • All sales are final. • We do not offer refunds on services or products. • If you experience an issue with your service, contact us within 72 hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.
