CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment at Reflections Beauty Lounge, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments maybe canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment, including same-day cancellations, may result in a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service total and forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or arrivals more than 10 minutes late without communication may be charged up to 100% if the service total and may require full prepayment for future bookings. All cancellations and reschedules must be completed through the GlossGenius booking system; cancellations via DM or social media will not be accepted. By booking an appointment with Reflections Beauty Lounge, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
