Cancellation Policy
Here at Reflections Beauty Lounge, we believe in grace! Please note these guidelines before booking:
A booking deposit is required for all services. This amount will be credited towards the cost of your service(s). If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment the deposit will be refunded.
📣 CANCELLATIONS:
In the event that you may need to cancel your appointment, please notify us right away.
* Reflections Beauty Lounge requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment up to an 1 hour.
* Reflections Beauty Lounge requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment that exceeds 1 hour.
* A fee of 50% of service total will apply to appointments cancelled on short notice, with a minimum of $30.
📣 MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
* Our no-show policy, applies when a guest misses their appointment without providing any notification.
* We may decline any future requests from guests who have missed appointments at any time.
*No Shows will results in the remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
*No Shows will only be allowed to reschedule by paying in full prior to appointment. If you reschedule and fail to pay in full prior to appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
📣 LATE ARRIVALS:
* Reflections Beauty Lounge respects your time. We require our service providers to maintain a timely schedule and greet their guests promptly.
* Guests that arrive more than 15 minutes late will automatically cancel the appointment. You may reschedule at that time or an additional $20 fee will be added to your services if the schedules allows.
📣LENGHT OF APPOINTMENT:
* Lash appointments can take anywhere from 1 hour 3.5 hours. Please come with time available. I will not be rushed. Fills can take up to three hours as well.
📣LASH FALLOUT:
* If you experience 20% or more of your lashes falling out within three days of original service, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be happy to fix them. Do not wait until your next appointment otherwise you will be charged accordingly.
 📣ADDITIONALLY,
*Do not wear make up as it can affect retention.
*Do not drink caffeine before your appointments if you are receiving an eyelash service. It will cause your eyelids to flutter making it difficult to safely lash.
* Remove eye contacts before your appointment begins if you are receiving an eyelash service.
📣 No Refunds on all Services. All sales are final. Please do not bring additional guest.
